Tanong ko lang po regarding Detailed CoE na ako gumawa, printed sa paper na walang letter head tapos pinapirmahan ko lang sa Manager ko. Humingi rin po ako ng photocopy ng ID niya. Kailangan ko pa po ba ipa CTC yung photocopy nung ID niya?

Ask ko lng is nagbigay coe ung company ni hubby pro softcopy.Priprint nlng nmin..acceptable kya un? Ung company is multinational...and widely known everywhere

kittykitkat18 how about including a print-out of the email together with the Cert of Employment? That will show the CO that it is an official document. That would be how I'll do it. Sent from my GT-I9505 using proboards

Sbagay bigay nlng ung email kng questionable ung coe.pde nmn nla confirm.
May another dilemma ako..unang company ni hubby closed na.may nabasa ako sa other threads is nagsubmit cla ng other docs to support the employment (job contract,sss,bir form,statutory declaration from previous supervisor,proof that the company is closed). Possible kya to?may nakaexperience na po ng ganitong situation and na count pa din experience nya..ala kasing coe si hubby kasi nadeploy sya sa company B na sya din nagabsorb sa knya.... thanks!

May duktong lng po sa scenario ni hubby..
Company A: 2 yrs exp...deployed to company B (company A is closed already) 2006 to 2008 Company B: 2 yrs exp 2008 to 2010 Company c: 6 yrs exp
So total 10 yrs na. Problem for Company A (closed, no coe..will look for job contract) But Company B can give COE for the period of 2006 to 2008 since most employees at that time are outsourced from Company A.
Good thing Company B can provide COE for 2006-2008. I have a soft copy of the COE but upon checking my certain details dun na alanganin ako
"this is to certify that mr. Xxx was a contractor employee of Company B He worked on a full time basis (average of 40hrs per wk) from 2006 to 2008
Never na mentioned si Company A sa COE ni Company B.
What concerns me may indicated na contractor employee...ok lng kya to? Pro full time nmn sya as indicated in COE. Balak nmin sa EOI is company A details lalagay sa employment tpos pag nagsubmit ng docs eh explain nmin situation that company A is closed already but during his employment he was deployed in Company B... Or.... Company B ba dapt ng employemtn details? From 2006 to 2010..bale two separate COEs sya..any inputs are deeply appreciated..thanks

kittykitkat18, IMO what the assessor will consider is whether the employment is of full-time or part-time basis (type of worker based on number of hours worked in a week). I cannot comment though on closed companies kasi all of my ex-employers are still operating. ninjanine17, When i revisited my ITA checklist wala naman sinabi na kailangan original ang i-provide which may need the copy na may actual signature ng company representative. Ang specified requirement eh dapat ma prove dun yung number of years work experienced as claimed in EOI, must be on company letterhead, show start/finish dates of employment, role you held with company and average weekly hours worked. However, may general instructions for all documents (nasa itaas to, before any specific document) na they may require the original copies of the documents. I believe kaya namin sinend yung mga originals with plain copies right after them. Mahirap na mahingi pa later on in case may doubt yung mag assess, doble gastos sa courier.

Thanks meremakeupmaniac..  dun kasi sa company ni husband, nagrerequest lang sa online tool ng COE then electronic signature yung nandun, upon issuance. Siguro ask nalang din namin sa HR nila how to get a COE with original signature, just in case hanapan kami.  Thank you!

Hello all, meron po ba dito naka experience na walang na provide any supporting docs sa coe? Yung coe kasi ni hubby is hindi detailed and wala sya any other supporting docs - no contract, sss, payslips. Gawa kami stat declaration with JD but pahirapan din magcontact ng ex senior/manager nya to sign kasi this is his employment 10yrs ago. Oks lang kaya sya nlng sign ginawa nyang JD and attached sa COe nya? Medyo challenging din kasi humingi sa HR kasi iba na and Cebu based  appreciate any advise. Thanks!

Hi iamvonskie! Sa totoo lang, kahit kumpleto ang COE details, kailangan pa rin nilang tawagan ang previous employer mo to verify. I suggest you get in touch with any person he used to work with, preferably his supervisor, and get their contact details. Build rapport again. Tumatawag kasi talaga ang immigration to verify. If they can't contact anyone, medyo made-delay yung application ninyo. So tungkol sa COE, plus JD na walang signature, siguro pwede na yun (not sure on this, let's wait for others opinion) pero until they can prove the veracity of the documents through research and phone calls, it wouldn't really matter.

Thank God ITA na kami last Sept 21. Problem ko ngayon paano ako kukuha ng CoE, Im the one who signs all other CoEs sa Manila Office hehehe.

So, ganito kasi mga ka-PK, yung previous employment ko ng tatlong taon ito ang scenario: 2010-2011 - Internal System Support 2011-2013 - IT Engineer Si HR, nag-issue ng COE with job scope at ang duration ng work ko sa kanila ay from 2010 til 2013 full time as IT Engineer. Nung nakiusap ako kay HR na baka pwedeng gumawa ng magkahiwalay ng COE, ayaw nya. Tamad grabe! sya lang daw kasi magisang HR ngayong sa company at kung tatawagan daw sya ni NZ sabihin nya na lang daw kung anong nasa COE ko which is 2010 til 2013 as IT engineer. Ngayon, IT engineer 2010-2013 ang nilagay ko sa EOI ko, at ITA stage na ako. Ngayon ko naiisip tong mga scenario na to: Yung, supporting docs ko: 2010 - Contract ko kay company as Internal System Support 2011 - Contract - promoted to IT engineer Since nasa SG ako, yung copy ng IPA ko from 2010 is yung IT Support officer at after 2yrs nirenew pass ko and they applied as Computer Engineer. (Siguro wala sa drop down menu yung Internal System Support at IT Enginee kaya they selected the nearest possible position) Iniisip ko kasi to, ayaw kong makwestion sana ako ng CO at manghingi pa ng additional na docs. Any advise will certainly help me.  Salamat mga ka-PK

I am just wondering,ano kaya binibigay ng mga nasa construction workers na nag-apply dito for there COE? eh diba po wala namang COE ang binibigay sa Pilipinas para sa mga carpenters,masons at electricians?Kaya ba may falsification of documents na nagaganap sa atin kasi dahil nga hindi nagbibigay ang mga ginagawan nila kaya nagpapagawa nalang sila sa Recto?

FelixDaCat yup. Kahit magkaka-iba yung wording sa mga docs mo, the job titles are reasonably similar at iisa lang naman yung employer mo throughout the period. Most COs aren't pedantic so you can reason with them :)

Just to add since meron din ako na saradong company, make sure lang na gawan mo ng affidavit or statutory yung mga letters from colleagues to make it formal and legal. Just now my former boss message me in fb telling me he just got off the phone with my CO. So they really do background checks based from your contact persons. Kabayang Cyphrick, paano po gagawing statutory ang isang letter? Ganyna din po kasi situation ko: sarado na company early 2000 pa. Salamat po ng marami.

Hello po, paano po kaya kapag yung nilagay na title sa COE ko ay very generic which is IT Associate pero ang ikeclaim kong points ay for IT Security? Lahat po kasi ng IT related work sa previous company ko ay IT Associate lang title when in fact yung mga work ay iba iba, like network engineer, developer at sa case ko nga ay security.
